In the last 24 hours, a NERO customer was the target of several large
denial of service (DoS) attacks all in excess of 400Mbps (~40Kpps).
Unfortunately, these attacks also impacted other NERO customers.
Affected customers would have experienced degraded throughput for much
of their internet traffic. The times of these attacks were:

      * Monday, February 05 2007 12:15-12:20
      * Monday, February 05 2007 12:40-12:50
      * Monday, February 05 2007 21:00-22:30
      * Tuesday, February 06 2007 07:00-07:30
      * Tuesday, February 06 2007 08:00-08:15
      * Tuesday, February 06 2007 08:45-09:00

We are working with the targeted customer and have identified several
sources involved in the attacks and have blocked them at the edge of our
network. We will continue to monitor for any recurrence.
